Problogger Darren Rowse has launched a blog devoted to all things Twitter. He launched it just days ago and in it he sets out to cover tips on how to best use the micro blogging platform.
TwiTip is a blog about Twitter. It’s a place that I’ll be posting tips, news and reviews of tools for those wanting to improve their use of Twitter whether it be using it for personal reasons, to expand their personal brand, to promote their business etc.
Twitter exploded in 2008 and has gained mad popularity among bloggers, myself included. I think some of the popularity stems from the fact that the tool allows for quick communication. Not too mention it is a flexible platform, you can update via the web or via your cell phone.
Darren has a big following so his twitter blog will no doubt be a big hit. He says he received over 1,000 visitors on day one since the launch.
What sort of tips can you expect from Darren on TwiTip?
Nothing but great insights for sure, including how to optimize, how to get the most use of, how to find more followers, cool new Twitter tools and more. Speaking of Twitip, i think he could/should have picked a better name for this blog. I think many bloggers are going to be typing in “Twit Tip”, not “Twi Tip”.

If I am one thing it’s not a twitter fan, probably I haven’t looked deep enough into it, but I prefere IM, Chat & Mail and should probably read through that blog just to make sure I am not missing out on anything.
Some how I came across that blog yesterday. I do not know where I found it at, but I did. He had some great points there, so I will be keeping an eye on his Twitter tips.

I didn’t like Twitter at first either. I thought it was silly and a big time waster, and it is. LoL. But when you spend so much time online (like we do), we need silly time wasters. Some also use it to promote stuff such as their content, brand, products, contests, etc.

I read about Darren’s TwiTip through my RSS feed. So far he only has 3 posts on their, so its very very new. But like i said no doubt in about 3 months it will be a big time blog.
I like to read up on the cool new Twitter tools. There are loads of them and new ones seem to pop up almost daily.
P.S. Did you sell the WAHM blog?
The fact that Darren dedicates a site on Twitter alone says a lot about the power of micro blogging via Twitter. It wouldn’t be long that Twitter will become the primary platform for all bloggers to connect and network. I’m impressed that a simple idea turns into a big success.

I remember Dosh Dosh (about a month or two ago) telling me that he was planning on starting a Twitter blog. I wonder if he ever did.
It is supremely popular right now. I never caught on to the imitators such as Plurk, FriendFeed, and Pownce. I just stuck with Twitter. Didn’t want to keep signing up for site after site and not get any work done.
I think of the ones i mentioned above Twitter is currently THE most popular. And it works for me.

Wow! That seems like a great idea. Twitter has really exploded. I just got involved a few weeks ago and already feel like what did I wait so long for.
It is a great way to stay in touch and follow people that you are getting to know better.
