Site Flipping Community SiteRev5, Gives Good Promo

I have to give a shout out to the owner of the site flipping community, SiteRev5. Todd must really like my vegetarian blog, Groovy Vegetarian, as he has had it prominently listed on the site’s sidebar for over a month now. I appreciate that.
SiteRev5 is NEW! and loads of members have already jumped on the bandwagon. Some of the site’s cool features include, 1.) a forum for new site flippers and blog flippers to ask questions 2.) An articles section where members can post articles to 3.) Blogs 4.) and the homepage which aggregates everything.
Site flipping has become terribly popular in the last few months, and is gaining ground in the blogosphere as well. Many bloggers are now entering the site flipping field, and making good money with it. I’ve flipped two properties so far, and i quite enjoy the practice.
As a skilled and experience blogger, i can easily and quickly create blogs from scratch (build traffic, create content, get some initial revenue going, etc) and turn around and flip it, at profit.

Groovy Vegetarian Regains PR Again

One of our network blogs, Groovy Vegetarian, has regained the infamous Google Pagerank. The blog lost it sometime back in December, and just regained it on or about March 11th. I’m late (as usual) in reporting news, but better late than never.
The blog initially was at PR 4, then down to 0, now sits at PR 2. Pagerank is pretty much like a roller coaster ride, up and down, and side to side. Regardless i’m happy with the current status of the blog, and as i’m being ever more vigilant of what i slap on it, the rank should only get better.
So its a celebration, but a small and cautious one. To read what is the latest in the vegetarian lifestyle, head on over to the blog.
